Aug 7th, 2016@Delectable Wine this is the Dr Loosen Ürziger Würzgarten Riesling Fischerei GG. Not a wine that overwhelms you on the nose, but very complex on the palate. Bitter grapefruit pithe on the front, follows by quince and a lingering vanilla note. Mineral ll the while. More of a thinking wine than a chugger (if you know what I mean).

Apr 14th, 2019Ripe yellow fruit and plenty of acidity. I read this was kept on lees for two years and you get a little creaminess on the finish. I’m sure this wine will outlast me, but it’s not staying in my cellar for long.

Mar 17th, 2019Complexity. Intensity. Finesse. 2 years in foudre on full lees... don't event think about battonage. One of a kind. Insanely good.
