Showing more ripe, yellow stone fruit than the Molitor, this Kabinett from the Dr. Hermann estate feels more like a Spätlese than a Kabi. Lots of tension & power mixed with a lively, wonderfully integrated, ripe acidity & a quite long, mineral driven finish, makes it a real stunner on the palate. Already super approachable but also worth to forget 10 years in the cellar. Enough structure to age beautifully.
