Beautiful structure, biscuit, lemon pith, luxurious mouthfeel.

Richer example of this grape. Spent time in barrel.

VFM wine, Vidianó is an amazing varietal, Doloufakis pays it great homage

Nice to see you again white rabbit. Very clean nose. Lemon. Hit it off well with octopus at Andros in Chicago.

Great oaky vanilla, burnt tangerine, toasted oats, preserved lemon

Wow this is pretty fantastic. Some wood influence but has an almost White Burgundy character. Great minerality. Nice white flower and subdued stone fruit. Long finish.

Excellent. The best Cretan Vidiano I’ve tasted. Very well rounded. Apricot and citrus.

Light gold color with a real earthy funk I typically find in Gueuze. This certainly is tart with a smooth lemon pith and mellow, toasted grains. If it was carbonated, I’d swear it was a Belgian Ale. Just grabbed it out of the cellar and threw it on ice for a few minutes, doing some solo day drinking, didn’t realize it was $35 bottle. Flying solo has its advantages this time.

Robust and round, with some nice herbal notes, mineraity and balanced acidity. Just a touch of nice funk.
