It is almost carbonated but in a very light and refreshing way. I just turned on a overly fruity/flowery white and this hit the spot.

Tons of grapefruit and some asparagus, slightly less overpowering not than one from NZ. The value on this is insanity.

May 24th, 2024Wow , what a pleasant surprise. I did not realize this wonderful Sauvignon Blanc is from South Africa. I thought it came from NZ. But let me tell you, this wine competes admirably with any Sauvignon, no matter where they come from. Chill it and enjoy. Salute!
