Lovely Alsatian Pink Bubbly! Red Apples, strawberry and raspberry fruit notes. Lots of minerality and hints of wet stones. Pleasantly effervescent but with a smooth texture. Dry but not over the top. Easy drinker.

Cynthia Lohr- This tantalizing, dry and romantic treat makes me instantly yearn to attend a wedding and dance barefoot all night. Crisp plum and berry fruit with a beautiful, flint minerality make it the perfect wine to both greet guests with, but to also sip, all night long, as it complements a variety of nibbles, and never loses its freshness.
