Flavors of fresh juiced limes laced with nuances of mango and tropical fruits lead to great, full-bodied acidity with a nice touch of minerality and just a hint of sweetness. The finish is incredibly long and fresh with lasting acidity that keeps building in the mouth. Wonderful with spicy jerk shrimp!
