Just lovely. The Povençal/Rhône blend mixes acidity, ripe fruit and palate weight in the just the right proportions. The skin contact gives it the texture that holds it all together. Great, refreshing, complex, more-ish and just plain drinkable.

Totally complex, dynamic, yet extremely drinkable, a holy grail wine in that regard. It felt good to just suck it down. On paper a Provencal white blend, but looks and tastes like gold country.
