El Dorado Grenache Noir

Always like this producer but this one was a bit wild and yeasty

Pale garnet; medium plus intensity aromas of strawberries, red cherry, red currant, cranberry, anise, tarragon, subtle savory yeast; dry, medium plus acid, low tannins, low alcohol, medium minus body, medium intensity flavors of strawberries, red cherry, red currant, cranberry, anise, cloves; medium finish, very bright and palate cleansing, fresh fruit flavors, very good

Tightly wound. I’d like to revisit after it had some time with air.

Grippy tannins, great texture, earthy texture, Boomer-dog wants some 👍🐶

Took awhile to open up but once it did it showed pure fruit and great meaty spice

Tastes like carbonic maceration bubblegum and stems. Not my favorite Grenache but an easy to drink bottle.

Delicious, funky, well-priced Grenache with aromas of both donkeys and, you guessed it, goats.

Me gusta. The celebrating continues (even I'm really just celebrating drinking good wine). This is like dusty strawberry candy, vibrant orange oil, fresh purple flowers, and a little potpourri. Sounds weird, but it rules.

Bright cherry, spicy, juicy, delicious.
