Nondescript and plain red. The finish is dry and the flavor isn't offensive but it's fairly thin. Day two saw this become more of a character. Bell pepper aroma (red, yellow and green). Flavor is more chocolaty and black tea. Still not a great wine, but more interesting with some air in it.

Touch of tca off putting. Ripe plum and strawberry fruit and softer tannins than I would expect from these grapes.
