Slightly off-dry on the palate. Pronounced aromas, but I’m not quite sure that I like them, green and red peppers abound. Eucalyptus and mint, balsamic, savory, red cherries red plums, myrtle. Baking spice, curry. But on the palate, it’s cloying, medium tannins that are so ripe as to feel like a dessert. High alcohol.

Superb balance of ripe black fruits, fresh herbs and violets. 20% new French oak imparts some toast and coffee bean. Medium plus bodied supported by plush tannins.

Up to the expectations. Dark fruit driven, as it should, expressive, complex, with black currant, blackberries, cassis. Good body, lacking Bordeaux bitterness and showing a sweeter profile

We had the 2015 Vintage on 9/25-26/23. A real good Bordeaux blend. No need to spend the big bucks on Dominus when quality wine like this comes in at a more reasonable price.

Light and balanced. Light oak with a clean finish. Tannins are light and the fruit is right there but not overpowering.
