2005 vintage. Needs tons of air to shine, but boy does it deliver! Silky smooth, gracious, long and uncharacteristicly feminine. Prematurely herbal and mushroomy, delicious tones of leather and cured meats sitting on a very wide foundation of ripe red fruit: figs, plum, cherry, raspberry and even overripe peach. Love it!
