What I love about non-ox Savagnin is this perfect balance of mitigated, broad acidity with non-fruit and savory spectrums and in this case, an almost CheninB woolly minerality. Drink with food or straight out of the bottle, daily.

I think this is the purest expression of Savagnin I can remember. Brisk acid & loads of tension backed with vibrant apples. Hints of floral aromatics add complexity. Perfect wine for a spring night.

If all Jura whites tasted like this, I’d be consistently more Jurassic.
