Honey/waxy, citrus, mineral with ripping acidity. Great stuff.

Great Jurassic balance of natural + classic styles

A rounder Sauvignon than the crisp ones I prefer, had an Austrian feel even though French. Totally enjoyable but not something I would pick often. Natural wines always seem a bit too light for me

Waxy, citrus skin, southern Spain, nervy backbone, honeysuckle... every sip (let’s keep it real, gulp) was different. I had with cashews and manchego and watched baseball.

Först är det smör och potatis. Sen mogna röda äpplen och gurkskal. Lätt oljig textur med kryddigt avslut.
