Mmmm, this is really good. Very light, mild zestiness, a little grassy and very smooth with hardly any minerality. A really nice blend. 🥂🌴

The grassiness which is present in Sauvignons from other areas is extremely muted here. The palate is as crisp and fresh as it gets, with juicy fruit and savory minerals working together with a bracing acidity.

Loved it!

Pours light straw color. Light grass and citrus aroma. Initial crisp honey and green apples upfront. Then a crisp green apple middle with a quick salinity finish.

Crisp fruity.... lots of potential

Tart grapefruit. Very light in color. Went well with Tabbouleh salad. Savory together
