Bite into a raw green pepper instead - tastes the same. Ugh! Dispatched with prejudice!

A surprisingly nice bottle of wine for the price point. A little jammy but served as a suitable table wine.

Like gnawing on a fresh bell pepper. Super vegetal. But not terrible

Pretty decent cab for the price. Definitely decant or let it sit out for a few hours. Has quite the initial burn but mellows out after a bit. Is better with food.

A very solid Cab with good fruit and firm tannin with mouthwatering acid. My only issue is my issue with most Chilean Cab: the green pepper note is very prominent.

Leathery aromas but a bit harsh on the palate initially. After about an hour it become a bit rounder with red and black fruit. Given the pedigree, I expected more.
Update: after half the bottle sat for two days, it really mellowed and became an entirely different creature.

Fruit forward and easy to drink. A lot softer than expected for the region.
