A luscious and richly layered wine. Definition of heady. Considerable RS that comes across in the density it has on the palate. Personally feel like the phenolics and minerality help balance the sweetness. Normally I think Alsatian GC wines are introspective enough to drink and contemplate on their own but this was a knock out with sausages and went even better with Alpine and Robiola cheeses.

Great Biodynamic wine with all kinds of oxidative and botrytis notes! RS 5.8%. Very smooth. Sits on lees for an extended time. This baby can age! But terrific now! 2012 vintage.
