The nose was muted and slightly funky, some nice Dark fruit and some oak on the palate too, the finish is slightly dry and rustic, some potential but a little bit lacking balance and polish.
Un nez discret puis bizarre qui s’est ouvert un peu mieux ensuite par contre, fruits noirs, terreux, un peu d’élevage en bouche, qui est puissante, une touche rustique, avec du fruit et un certain potentiel mais manque de fini et d’équilibre. 88-89

Complex aroma. Tannic and spicy. Very special. It should wait for years. Initially strong, but 2 hours, it showed Pinot characteristic like fresh plum flavor etc. complexity different. 2018 @2650, domaine, 210108
