Oh me oh my what a wine. Crisp, buttery, all sorts of flavors ranging from roasted peach to toasted drop buttermilk biscuits. Sweet and chewy with enough acid to really keep it on his toes. Had this with roasted Spring tomatoes on top of a chunk of feta cheese with olive oil and spices. Beyond delicious.

Jun 20th, 2018A lovely bright mineral nose with lime, flint, oyster shells. Supple rounded midpalate with good fruit that’s restrained and cool. A long, dry, detailed finish. This is one of the most subtle yet intense and complete Fevre I’ve had. Really excellent.
