Very impressive maybe the best Fevre I have had. This was precise, showing laser like focus with its bone dry, green fruit, mineral & feather like mouthfeel.

Oh me oh my what a wine. Crisp, buttery, all sorts of flavors ranging from roasted peach to toasted drop buttermilk biscuits. Sweet and chewy with enough acid to really keep it on his toes. Had this with roasted Spring tomatoes on top of a chunk of feta cheese with olive oil and spices. Beyond delicious.

Clear color, clean ocean breeze nose, lemon oil, citrus, and all the typical Chablis flavors on palate, long finish. I’m coming back to this maker.
