Dec 4th, 2023Exceptionally good, flinty and loaded with citrus zest. Outstanding balance and so fresh, substantial while remaining elegant and light. Great GC Chablis for the $$, suspect will improve for a few years.

May 21st, 2023Light and fresh. Bright stone and citrus. Quite precise without being too lean. Very nice. From mag

Nov 25th, 2022Limpid with seashells, delicate lime, steel. A savory, chalky midpalate with floral notes and great cut and definition. Quite fine and long.

Jun 21st, 2020Flinty and oyster shell but with less cut/zing than I would hope. Delicious but a bit... floppy. Showing its age?

Nov 16th, 2019Decanted about 3 hours.
Nose has baked golden apple, cold beeswax, waxy citrus rind, subtle green banana peel, chalky paste and warmed pineapple.
Palate has citrus-vanilla, fresh cut yellow apple, lightly smoked pineapple and dried citrus peel.
A beautiful wine this evening, but the mid palate seems lacking. The third time we've had this same bottle this year, I think it's in decline, drink up in the next few years before the oxidative effects likely settle in.
