Medium gold. Nice weight. Citrus and sea shell nose. Also notes of white stones, sweet kiwi and some tan spice. Rich and powerful in the mouth, a bit disjointed, but it began to come together with air. Shows a little more age than I would expect but its a nice drink now.

Flinty minerals on the nose with apricots, peaches, caramel and membrillo paste. The minerals and apricots continue on the palate. Beautiful wine with great balance.

Tasted next to the Roulot , richer and more fuller bodied. This was a good bottle of this vintage as there as been some btl variation in past bottles.
