Good GRACIOUS. Lemon curd studded with pristine river pebbles. I want to drink this all the days.

Light yellow straw color, youthful. Razor sharp nose with lemon, pit fruit and river stone notes. Great balance of fruit and acidity in the mouth. Got better with 5 hrs of air. Long finish. No signs of premox, a great showing.

Showing well. Rounded depth and moderate richness on a nice Chablis backbone.

More round and fruit forward than the 04. Sweet citrus. Nice finish. No signs of premox.

From magnum. Very youthful. Light, delicate, elegant, no oak, wet stone. Fabulous.

From the coravin. Quite mineral and oyster shell nose. Not showing a lot of the fruit. Opens up well on the palate, nice ripe apple , citrus and white peach. Pleasing acidity for a 2006 though it possible does lack a little finesse and balance . Pretty good though , won’t improve from here though

Pineapple. Subtle tropical fruit. Good acidity that held solid for the bottle. Made the mistake of drinking too quickly. It continued to open up and grow right to the last drop. Beautiful wine.

Pure magic. I've been granted three spells just for drinking a glass. Citrus (lemon, lime, grapefruit), mint, lavender, peachy peche.
