The palate has; crisp green apple, lime & lemon zest, dried pineapple, stone fruits, kiwi, chamomile, vanilla notes, white spice, mid volcanic minerals, crush, sea fossils, limestone, touch of flintiness, chalk, jasmine, yellow lilies with mixed greens.
