Excellent aromas of lemon peel, lemon curd, crisp apple and crushed stones. The palate has a hint of contradiction with ripe apple and lemon confit notes balanced by steely mineral tones. Seems poised enough for further development. Superb while enjoy the stories and songs of Joe Ely and Alejandro Escavado.
