Evidence that Sylvaner might be capable of great things in Alsace. Beautiful honeysuckle and red apple aromatics, an almost briny edge, and singing acid.

Light smell with faint melon and maybe a floral scent. Taste is of spicy fruit and very dry. Very little acid which makes it difficult to pair with good. Interesting as it was different but not a little too light and not enough acid for me.

the nosw shows much like a subdued gewurtztraminer... on the palate roars delicious ferocious acid, a little funk, stone, grapefruit, peach. a great expression of sylvaner. elegant and refreshing for a good price.

Sylvaner d'acidesa equilibrada , aromes de fruits frescos , amb cos i gust final de nous i avellanes. Ideal amb garotes als Pescadors.

La grosse claque: c'est ultra bien fait, délicat, juste ce qu'il faut d'acidité (on craignait pire, avec un sylvaner), beaux arômes de fruit au sirop...
