Famille Faller Vin d'Alsace Riesling

This is such a terrific example of Alsatian Riesling - Dry with great fruit presence: honeysuckle, lemon, lemon peel, apple, pear, mango, pineapple, wet stone, petrol, orange blossom. The petrol ads a nice counterpoint to the floral and fruit notes. Medium plus acidity gives it good dimension.
Long finish, very good quality.

Pale lemon with pronounced stone fruit and citrus aromas with floral blossoms. On the palate flavors of apricot, peach, pear and lime citrus with vivid acidity, minerality and spice. Medium+ finish ending dry with fresh fruit, floral and smoky mineral notes.

Deep green gold with bright silver highlights. Shy but inviting nose of yellow apple, echoed on the full-bodied palate with added dry clover honey and a anise-tinged cement. Medium acidity. Moderate length finish. Classic, full-bodied Alsatian. Dry but still flavorful. A complement to pretty much any white wine fare, but pork tenderloin just sings! Drink now through 2029.

Delicious and paired really well with sautéed Abundant Seafood red shrimp

Just a bit of sweetness accompanied by crisp acid a touch of sourness. Really nice

Floral, very faint petrol, minerals, and plenty of bright acidity, lovely Riesling, not as rich and complex as Weinbach’s top cuvées, but a heck of a fine entry-level Alsatian Riesling!!

Vineyard brands import. So good. Sweetish, smooth, velvety. We love!

Wow - absolutely delicious Riesling! Good acidity but a ton of depth, blind one might guess white burgundy. . . .
