Cuvée Théo Alsace Riesling

Lemon, grapefruit, green apple, petrol, kiwi. Lovely balanced acidity and has fullness, substance too. V nice

Dry Riesling. White fruits and citrus balanced by acidity. Long finish. Bare wiff of ⛽️. To young but sometimes impulsivity is rewarded. Glad to have more.

Colour: Very transparent, light yellow not bright – almost any colour overall.
Nose: Awesome raciness of the bouquet, made up by lively citrus and persistent nectarine, with a very good minerality as well. Overall fruity with a cut of lively minerality. Freshness to seep aside.
Palate: Medium in body and with a lovely texture, optimal acidity here with a pleasant fruit background. Very good balance between citrus and stone fruit with minerality and racy flavours. Altogether there is a good combination of all ingredients here. Superb wine. It's not sweet – in fact there is a good dryness here – everything is just very good!

Huge acidity, lemon and wet stone. An intense and precise Riesling.

8/19/2016: Baoli

2014 vintage. Pale lemon hue. Fresh lemon and lime, white flowers, wet stone minerality. Youthful and fresh. On the palate, huge acidity, slight spritz on the front end, medium minus body, medium concentration and medium plus finish. Very citrus on the finish. Nice. Drink now until 2022+.

Classy Riesling, clean and mineral, fresh white peach with touch of petrol and white flowers. In mouth it feels light and off dry to me, with lemon peel bitterness balanced by residual sugar I guess & correct me if I'm wrong ... 90pts to me.
