Pretty classic for the most part. Nose has equal parts apple fruit (with a hint of underripe peach), chicken broth, wet limestoney sea shells, and a light toasty note. Good flavor intensity in the mouth, bone dry, vague whiff of oak, bright minerality driving the flavors. I would ideally like the acids to be higher, but we fucked up the planet so much that’s asking too much. Still very good!
