Domaine Vincent Paris
Vin de Pays des Collines Rhodaniennes Syrah
I’m a little confused by this wine. It has quite a bit of brett, and I think it has a bit of VA. Iodine, animal fur, earth, little spice. Tough to get many aromas with the competing brett and off notes. Maybe just a bad bottle.

Dec 8th, 2022Produced of the fruit of young Crozes-Hermitage Syrah vines. Unoaked. Bright red color. Aromas of red fruit, herbs, bacon and a hint of barnyard that blew off quickly. Pallet is lush with red and blue berries, red cherry and plum. Touch of black pepper on the medium finish. Pleasantly tart. Fresh tasting with a high level of acidity and smooth tannins. Thank You, Uncle Tom!

Aug 7th, 2022Pure, simple expression of N. Rhône Syrah. Delicate and tart with all the classic aromas and flavors without being dense or complicated. Great weeknight wine.
