Syrah funk SO2, menthol- partial whole cluster, stem incl? Candy cane, clove spice

Maybe one day...tamarind, soy, really round and almost RO weight. Nice long tannins

A bit tight but showing high toned fruit, smoke, and herb.

This Cornas is less rustic/gamey than anticipated. Cassis and blackberry. Soft tannines. Black olives and pepper. Ink, iodine and toast, as well. Surprisingly open, clean and accessible.
Went great with those ribs.

Very minerally, black and blue fruits. Delicious! Enjoyed with hamburgers.

Alcohol is bit too present for a higher score, otherwise a full bodied wine drinking well at this stage

Excellent! Screams Cornas. Savory, herbal, black pepper.

Great freshness. Dark bitter chocolate. White pepper. Boisenberry

Pure and juicy. Sweet boisenberry liqueur. Easy going and approachable

Lots of energy and really elegant. I really like this syrah
