Wide open stunning nose. Gorgeous, clearly defined mid season cherry fruit with just amazing brightness, depth and clarity. Striking. Earth, spice and citrus round it out. Palate is sweet, sensual and red fruited with velvety and melting tannins. Wow this is good. Such sweetness and freshness. Wonderful balance and purity. This is the best aged Ledy that is not NSG I’ve ever had. Outstanding length and complexity. This might be a 9.5.

First bottle in 3 years. Gorgeous nose. Big mid season cherries and spice. Lovely underlying earthiness. Sous Bois to the max. Gorgeous terroir expression today. Palate is complex, sweet and structured. Shows the depth of this great site in Chorey. Lovely lingering finish and really has great palate coverage. Long and sappy. A great CLB

This is the best Chorey. I will fight you over that. Unreal nose. Just the cleanest and most expansive cherry fruit ever. Massive earth tones, massive mineral and so so expansive. Utterly classic as well as Ledy is as classic as it gets but also is such a clean and skilled winemaker that it’s not a dirty classicism. Juicy, young, sappy and so so pure. Amazing depth and so so clean. Just ultra clean. Pure and the best balance. He is the master of under $40 red burgs. And under $30 when tariffs actually go away. Amazingly compact fruit and such length, suavity and a hidden structure for this to age so well.

Terrific vintage for by far the best Chorey in Burgundy. Gorgeous aromas of raspberry cake, dank dark cherries, some earth, some animal, spice and loads of complexity. Will open more and I’ll return. Palate is ripe and so juicy with just stunning precision and dazzling purity. Big bright mid season cherries and amazing balance. Finish never ends. This is easily 1er Cru quality. Closed as Vincent’s wines are super powerful and need time to unfurl but having said that in ripe vintages such as 18 and 15 his wines shine like no other. Concentrated and so so sappy with amazing purity. Terrific inner mouth aromas that are floral and fruity with a fantastic mineral spine. Amazing texture and such impressive high quality ripe tannins. Clean as a whistle. This is so so impressive. The purity of the fruit on the finish. Stunning.

Find me a better Chorey. Complex and fragrant nose of raspberry coulis, smoke, tin, leather, smoke, minerals. So complex. Amazing raspberry cake. Stunning aroma. Palate is ripe and sweet with slippery fruit but firm tannins on the back end. Long finish and great quality tannins but firm tannins. Really long and raspberry hits along the way. Fantastic balance and purity. Age is key for Ledy and I see this improving a lot over the next 10 years. Terrific concentration and power. Also shows great finesse despite being a big bodied wine.

Great nose. Big bright red cherries and chalk. Vibrant and deep. Clean. Terrific intensity and purity. Age has done wonders. Terrific sweetness of fruit. Great balance and volume. Very sappy and pure. Awesome finesse and super classy chorey. Very serious. Big structure but very velvety. No rush.

Still too young but shows great promise. Awesome nose right now. Tightly wound, firm with good acidity on the finish. I'm sure this will flesh out. It's all there.

Yummy. More closed than other on the 11s I have tried, but I think Ledy's wines need a little more time in bottle to evolve. Not to say this is closed, it is not. Just a little tight but structure is there

In a bit of a muddled place now. Bright cherry fruits still there. Great internal aromatics. Earthy nose. Not an obvious wine at this point in time. Could be great if it comes together.
