This redefines what I think of burgundy - deep rich color, smoothed edges on mouthfeel, chalky with mild sea spray - would have missed this for a dry Loire Chenin - fascinating

Lovely aged Chassagne-Montrachet, opened up slowly, beautiful with summery Austrian-influenced cuisine at @BatardNY.

Lemon green, ripe peach, roasted almonds, rich aroma. Mid+ but crystal clear beautiful acidity. Dry. Firstly I thought Californian Ch. Needed to focus on acidity. First impression is rich, but in result, elegant.
