Clear and greeny gold to look at with a certain oily appearance
Nose shows gentle oaky butter, minerality, citrus and tropical fruit notes
Palate shows great acid line, that balances the opulence of the oak. Lots of lemon curd and meringue, nice pear and tropical fruits shine through but balanced beautifully with the acid and oak giving great structure. Interesting wine to taste, but also very smashable

Gorgeous expression of Chassagne- Montrachet. Initial bouquet of white floral essence, evolving into light notes of citrus. 2015 was a very ripe vintage hence the intense notes of apricot and peach on the palate. The finish lingers on for days. Great balance!

This has it all. It's just starting show some leg. More leg on day two, of the good variety. A little patience will undoubtedly be rewarded. Sadly, it's a virtue I lack.
