This is one of the top producers of Mercury, a less famous AOC, named after the Greek god, with 80% red, 20% white wine production. There are 32 premier Cru vineyards in this AOC and Domaine Juillot has a monopole over La Cailloute 1er Cru. The wine has a ruby color, the nose is full of red berries, with a touch of spices, and a scent of cedar, body is medium with light green tannin and great fresh acidity, fruity and pleasant, long finish. Need more time to mature. My score 88, drink 2016-2022
