Popped and poured. This is the 2015 Vieilles Vignes. Courtesy of Good Life Provisions. Super pale straw color. Fresh sliced apples, honeysuckle. Racy. Persistent minerality but plenty of fruit to make this a lovely brunch wine with salmon and Jarlsberg.
