This is serious wine. Clean and delicate classic CDB. Needs some bottle time.

Fresh, pure, brimming with minerality. Straw, hay, and lemon. Slightly lacking in complexity. Suspect bottle variation.

Young, zesty, and green. Such a clear color that I might have guessed sauvignon blanc drinking this blind. Went very well with the grilled fish on the menu.

Pedestrian. The fruit is muted and the acid shrill. Disappointing.

Incredible French white. Not a value buy but certainly not something you have to save for a celebration. Oak is mild and fruit of apricots and honey..,just wonderful. With salmon.
