One of my go-to, affordable whites that pleases most palates. Every vintage.

Damn. Liquid stone and ash and saline citrus zest. I don't drink nearly enough.

Alcohol was not appetizing. Thankfully many other, quality Producers from Santorini are now available.

Salty, citrus, mineral

Lime hay stone dried banana. $23

Almost salty. Acidic.

What's there not to like? Brilliant pale lemon yellow, almost clear. Whiffs of cool ocean breezes, with lemon and honey on the nose. Medium+ body with some earthy minerality and mouth watering acidity. Medium to long finish. I hear this wine can age. Maybe. Just not in our house.
