Exotic fruits, lemon confit, crème anglaise,honey and flowers. Intense, powerful taste with exotic fruits, a round mouthfeel, and a subtle bitterness in the long finish. An unusual, exuberant wine that might not please everyone, but a great culinary challenge for hobby cooks and real chefs alike. Abv. 14%.
