Now _this_ is what I’m talking about. Smells of wildflowers and honeysuckle, flavor is perfectly poised between a vibrant, textured lemon curd minerality and acidity. On top of that, a luscious mouthfeel. A wine high point of the year thus far.

Aug 3rd, 2017Best Assyrtiko ever tasted...... great acidity, floral and citrus nose with very compliment palate of walnuts, apricot, dried pineapple and honey !!! An example that Santorini is a diamond for wine world!!
