2015. Always one of my favorite Alsace wines. Like a lot of wines of this hot, dry, problematic vintage, it’s not built for the long run, but it’s fat, rich and full of spiced pear and vanilla aromas and flavors. Bring on the choucroute! #schoffit #chasselas #alsace
