Vintage 2016 | Vanilla, good structure and refinement, i smelled a musty tone in smell I did not found in other bottles. Pinot gris that was given a barrique treat (acacia and oak). Curious and lovely

Vintage 2016 | 20 months barrel aging, frivolous smell with orange zeste, minerality and vanilla. The tasters in my wine society thought it to be Chardonnay. Exactly as I did the first time I tasted this wine.

Vintage 2016 | Not wine for purists but for bon vivants, I found the Tokay Pinot Gris character barely recognizable. There is a very small quantity made, with one barrel of acacia wood an one barrel of oak wood. That results in a beautiful refined wine that is ultimately harmonious, high acidity, hints of honey and minerals in aftertaste. Tending to Burgundy. Curious ánd lovely.
