A bit of structure. Tart. Good drive. Not turtti fruitti nor ‘Provençal’; I’m here for it.

Fine but not that exciting and not worth the price. From Domestique

Fantastic. Really enjoyed the dry herbs notes that gives it a rustic side. Still a well balanced and elegant wine for my taste.

Crisp and light on its feet, but nothing extraordinary. Nice wine for a hot summer evening.

Laura selects 2017 Rose at Domestique on 4/20/2019. Drank in garden 4/22/19. Lovely effervescence. Nice sensation/taste on lips. Tad sweet. Long finish.

Bought 2014 from Domestique on 1/28/19 per recommendation in lieu of Catalan grapes. $25. Drank 1/30/19. Acid and tannin galore. Splendid fruit at front and back. Lean not sweet. Astringent. Lower alcohol means structure just a bit off. Ruby red with black meniscus. Again on 4/11/19 with Ron & Jenny. Even better. With chilie.
