Still young need maybe a couple of years... but very fresh, smooth and balanced.. it's also very alive! Something a get in natural wines... this one is organic but not certified or qualified as natural but a lot of elements are there, specifically that lively character... very affordable tasty organic wine ... This my first Carignan I think!

Fun and rich with complexity, esp. at the right under $20 price-point. Nice earthiness with a pleasingly subtle fermented lavender note.

A little tart for Corbieres but the barnyard essence is there on the nose. Flavors of cherry, iron, orange rind and almond. Smooth with soft tannins. Great with fresh mozzarella and prosciutto.
