Babs liked this one more than me again. She says layered and delicious. I think it is mellow and muted. But my mom also likes it. 18.95 at lawc. Would get again.

80% Grenache 20% Mourvedre……an average wine at best

Smoke, plum on the nose. Smooth, medium weight. Smoke, white pepper, tart cherry on the palate. Mild tannins.

Cherry and lavender nose. Cherry, cranberry, strawberry, anise, raspberry, cinnamon, clove, and hint of molasses on the palate. Medium to medium plus tannins, high alcohol, and high acid. A big wine but smooth and well balanced.

Raspberry, cherry, black pepper, and anise. Lovely floral nose. Medium tannins, high acid, and medium plus alcohol.

Fruity and delicious. Bold yet mild.

Mild acidity with light funkiness.
Very fruity and juicy with plum and dark cherry notes.
Hint of rosemary and peppercorn.

Aromas of plum, pepper and spices. Med+ body, ripe fruits like black plums, slight hint of menthol on the finish. Astringency and bitterness also linger but not unpleasant. Quite a hot wine, the effect of a warm vintage shows.
