Jerky, bacon, violets, pink peppercorn. Also some mud and decomposition. Really nice though.

Vintage 2019 | morello cherries, eucalyptus, mon Cherie chocolate, great balance and a lot of potential. Nice bitters.

So happy to get this in the glass. Have not seen around CA, used to buy back home. Incredible terroir here, absolute truth in the glass. Steep, decomposed granite and old vine Syrah! Intensely deep black fruit, explosive florals, hot stones, iron, crushed apricot, resinous herb, cocoa powder. Loving the balance now, this will age beautifully.

Best terroir in Crozes. Nose is herbal, rocky, with bright berry fruit, super mineral and loamy. Loads of wet earth, almost moss. Blackberry coming with air. Palate is exquisite, complex, bacony, meaty, juicy and so so deep. So fresh and pure. Exceptional density and loads of granitic minerality. Long and complex with terrific restrained opulence. Lovely. Really showing well.

Wow. Kaleidoscopic in every way. Iron, grape jam, stewed fruit, cherry cola, italian plums and and lively berries of all colors. Some sweaty funk.
Blazing acid and gentle tannins. Just beautiful.

Huge pungent nose. Big black fruits, granite up the wazoo, spice, but really really mineral. And then black fruits. Darkness. A void of promise. Palate is huge, juicy and ridiculously complex. Refined yet shows the warmth and intensity of the vintage but also the brilliant freshness and depth. Super long and one of the most mineral driven Crozes I’ve ever had. Great wine.

Been dying to try this. Doesn’t let down. Nose starts out quiet. Granite, Bacon, olive, but subtle. Very mineral. Palate is deep, fresh and super clean. Also wonderful structure and depth but not showing nearly anywhere it’s potential. Wonderful length and minerality. Brilliant wine but needs at least 3-4 hour decent.
