Bourgogne Blanc Chardonnay

Had it November 2012.
Straw yellow. Nose loaded with pear fruit, gunpowder, hydrocarbon. Long. It doesn't get stuck in your memory though.

Always a winner!

Awesome, bright and clean. Great depth of terroir, with super acidity that lends complexity to the juicy pear, apple, and slate minerality. Nice medium to full body with laser focus acids.

So fresh at 12 years old. Love this wine.
