Mar 19th, 2021Out of the gates funky and vibrant, vin de soif for sure. Wild raspberry jam, ruby red grapefruit, peppercorn, beef jerky, boiled eggs, sweat. Its fruit and florals grew with air. Day 2: full of mousiness and oxidized, down the drain it went.

Dec 24th, 2019High toned, floral, spiced, loads of pepper and crunchy minerality. Fruit has lost some youthful exuberance, moving more into the background while its earth and perfumed notes come through. Tempts you with contemplation, but just so fun to drink. Wild black and red berry, bay, green and black peppercorns, peach, crushed rocks, wild herbs. Perfect foil for Moroccan rabbit and stewed veggies
