Vin Jaune Arbois Savagnin

Vintage 2017 | Concentration, power, acids, and a whole lot of walnuts. I know, acquired taste, but pour this wine with a piece of Comté and you can experience a bit of heaven.

Always enjoy a glass of Vin Jaune as a pairing !

Medicinal, bitter, fascinating. Even with compte cheese, almonds, and olives, we couldn't crack the pairing code with this quirky white. Interesting, but I would personally prefer a Fino Sherry if I wanted this style.
