A little sweet, a little fruity, a little mineral and sharp. Complemented mushroom quiche served over arugula. Better with food than on its own. Previously enjoyed with shrimp.

Really nice sav blanc. Acidity invites another sip. Stones, a little citrus and some other fruit i cant place, lively wine and inexpensive. I’ll get more.
