2009, Domaine Vincent Ricard, Le Bouc Sauvignon Blanc, Touraine. One of my favorite producers. Very good SB, acidic with lots of citrus. Excellent with pan seared Paiche. No oak, unlike his Trois Chenes cuvée. Last of 6 bottles. Great value.
