Les dégustations me manquent…. Alors seul à la maison avec Laurence on se fait une petite dégustation à l’aveugle de 4 bourgognes village

robe assez claire, boisé très discret, acidité
très prononcée, on dirait que le fruit manque de maturité. M’apparait plus mince que les autres et
presque pas de longueur.

Consistently delicious. Another Ponsot from a "bad" vintage that over delivered. Starting to show some secondary aromas. Nose is still predominantly ripe fresh fruit with a touch of sous bois. Gamey and slightly funky on the nose in a good way.
